This is a Quick Hit Thursday Podcast short and we’re going to talk to John Moon of Northernlight Filmworks. They came to my attention because of a video that they created with the 5D Mark II, incorporating still photos from another photographer, and their own video work. It was another good example of the fusion of video and stills, so I wanted to talk with them about it.

In this interview, we go over fusion – the melding of video into still cameras; how it changed their business, some of the challenges they faced, what are the must-have hardware add-ons, things John might like to see added to the capabilities of the camera and where he thinks things might go.
