This is a Quick Hit Podcast short. Today we’re going to talk to Photographer Alexx Henry. Alexx is best known for his celebrity portraiture. Nearly all of his works are carefully crafted pre-visualized images that are executed by using a variety of post production techniques. Many of Alexx’s images capture a sense of mundane realism in the backdrop of extraordinary situations that on the one hand defy logic and on the other create a logic of their very own.
In this episode, Alexx talks about his company, the online magazine project he was involved in, the future of traditional media, opportunities he thinks are going to open because of the new HD DSLR’s, and whether they are creating new jobs and skill sets for photographers.
