LensFlare 35 is a weekly show brought to you by Dave Warner. Dave interviews Steve Wanke and puts ALL the content in the player, including the podcast and the images video with a more conversational approach.
After receiving a formal photography education from Brooks Institute of Photography, Steve ran a successful commercial photography studio for nearly 20 years. During that period of time, product photography and lifestyle stock photography were the core of Steve’s business. He, along with another photographer, ran a separate stock photography production company for several years as well. For the last 5 years his photographic interests have focused primarily on architectural and lifestyle photography.
In this episode, the Steve talks about why the focus on interior and architectural photography, who his typical client is and how he gets to them, what clients are most interested in, licensing rights, how much time he factors into post production, the best time to shoot and much more. We created a multi-media show of his images with an explanation of each one and the full podcast interview (above) and our typical show player and download, which is below.
